Classic Raindrops Diamond Necklace

The Story

We designed this petite and elegant diamond pendant with classic station necklaces in mind. Round brilliant bezel-set diamonds cling, like droplets of water, to their different stations along a delicate white gold open link chain. We wanted to create a draping effect with this design, with diamonds of different shapes and sizes that perfectly suit the natural curves of the neck and collarbones. Smooth, polished bezel settings create a nice frame around each of the diamonds, pronouncing their roundness and brilliance. The centerstone, on the other hand, is a lance-shaped marquise droplet set in an airline gallery setting: The diamond can be seen through the negative space when viewed from the sides as well. This perfectly balanced necklace is subtle enough for everyday wear and elegant enough for special occasions.
