The Story

A testament to the skill and imagination that goes into designing a quality piece of jewelry that will last a lifetime, this Couture Lotus ring is like nothing you’ve seen before. We value innovation in this studio, and we are always trying out new techniques to showcase each gemstone and precious metal as beautifully as possible. In this design, we experimented with the texture of the band. Our East-Asian inspired dragon skin is perfectly contrasted by a sleek white sapphire. This crystal clear gem was cut in the shape of a double cabochon—domed on both sides—to create a dewdrop effect. Inside the droplet, the light floats over a lotus bloom carved into the base of the ring. The marriage of elements, textures and styles makes this a truly cohesive design in every sense of the word.
