Diamond Studs with Sapphire and Diamond Earring jackets

This piece is a combination of a classic diamond stud with a removable drop style earring jacket. The earring jacket features baguette cut fine blue sapphires alternating with round brilliant diamonds and finished off with bezel set pear shape diamonds. The jacket is completely removable and the studs can be worn alone or in combination with anything else.
