The Story

This beautiful green chalcedony has earned a place in our One of a Kind Gallery. It’s luxurious and a natural beauty. The pure green color was something that drew our attention because it’s so fresh and calming. This particular gemstone is special because of its translucent quality. Translucency in a gemstone means that light can penetrate deeper so that you see a deeper, more complex color. Its green color saturation is also a factor, and it has a beautiful glow that is enhanced by the cabochon cut. It’s such a cool thing that we get to find these treasures that connect us to the earth. Our designs take into consideration the qualities and characteristics, and in this case, we set it in yellow gold to give it a lovely color contrast.
